On October 1, 2023, Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng and German Minister of Finance Lindner jointly hosted the third China Germany High Level Financial Dialogue in Frankfurt, Germany. Senior officials from both sides attended the dialogue. The two sides reiterated that this dialogue mechanism is an important platform for bilateral communication and policy coordination between China and Germany on strategic, global, and long-term issues in the financial field. Both sides are committed to strengthening macroeconomic policy coordination through multiple and bilateral channels, jointly promoting world economic recovery and sustainable development, and maintaining global financial stability. Both sides agree to strengthen cooperation in the financial field and expand two-way market opening on the basis of fair competition. Both sides are committed to jointly promoting the improvement of international economic governance, opposing trade protectionism, and supporting a multilateral trading system with the WTO as the core, rules based, non discriminatory, fair, open, inclusive, just, sustainable, and transparent.
2023年10月1日，中國國務院副總理何立峰與德國財政部部長林德納在德國法蘭克福共同主持第三次中德高級別財金對話。雙方高級別官員出席對話。雙方重申這一對話機制是中德就財金領域戰略性、全局性、長期性問題開展雙邊溝通和政策協調的重要平臺。雙方致力于通過多雙邊渠道加強宏觀經濟政策協調，共同促進世界經濟復蘇和可持續發展，維護全球金融穩定。雙方同意加強財金領域合作，在公平競爭的基礎上擴大雙向市場開放。雙方致力于共同推動完善國際經濟治理，反對貿易保護主義，支持以世貿組織為核心、以規則為基礎、非歧視、公平、開放、包容、公正、可持續和透明的多邊貿易體制。
